This spring is the 45th anniversary of ‘Déjà vu’, the follow-up to ‘Crosby, Stills & Nash’ and the first record with Neil Young. It took approximately 800 hours to record and each member recorded their parts separately adding what they felt was necessary. Possibly not a great way forward for inter-band relations? Neil Young does not appear on all of the songs and there are also guest contributions from Jerry Garcia and John Sebastian. Read more about the album here.
