On Wednesday, the 12th March at 7pm, Classic Album Sundays founder Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy will be joined by Mexican DJ Coco Maria to explore her game-changing compilation Club Coco. They will also discuss Coco’s journey as a DJ who is globally renown for her passion for the rhythms and sounds from Mexico, South and Central America, the Caribbean and beyond. And along with her own story, Coco will regal the attendees with the stories of the artists featured on her compilation and will also discuss the song that marked her own debut as a composer.
After the interview, Club Coco will be played in its entirety on vinyl on an audiophile sound system featuring KEF loudspeakers so that listeners can hear new details and nuances in the recording.
