Classic Album Sundays and Jazz Cafe’s partnership Kind Of New returns in 2020 with four amazing live interpretations of classic albums.

First up on Tuesday 28th January is DJ Shadow’s pioneering 1996 record Endtroducing performed by Ben Marc, bassist and producer with China Moses, Mulatu Astatke and Matthew Herbert.

Classic Album Sundays and Jazz Cafe’s partnership Kind Of New continues on February 18th with Curtis Mayfield’s 1992 soundtrack masterpiece Superfly performed by Bristol-based jazz-funk band, Snazzback.

Next up on Tuesday 31st March is Brian Wilson’s progressive masterpiece Pet Sounds performed by Brighton-based kaleidoscopic folk band, Jouis.

Kind Of New rounds up on Tuesday 21st April with Massive Attack’s unclassifiable debut album Blue Lines performed by London-based dark jazz multi-instrumentalist and singer Plumm.
